La Nazione Oscura Caotica stessa nasce dal mondo della mail art, come potete leggere nella Storia.
Il progetto MAIL4FREEDOM consiste nell’invio di materiale inerente alla Nazione Oscura Caotica e a Kipple Officina Libraria (fanzine, illustrazioni e musica su ad) a indirizzi di mail-artisti di tutto il pianeta per richiedere una risposta preferibilmente basata sul materiale ricevuto.
MAil4Freedom è divisa in FASI, in 5 anni esatti:
FASE I: Mail4Freedom BEGIN (dal 13/11/2011 al 13/11/2012)
FASE II: Mail4Freddom HAPPY NEW EON (dal 14/11/2012 al 30/1/2013)
FASE III: Mail4Freedom MICRONATIONAL (dal 31/1/2013 al 1/11/2013)
FASE III M: Mail4Freedom MUSIC:RESPONSE (dal 18/1/2013 al 20/9/2014)
FASE IV: Mail4Freedom: THE END (dal 21/9/2014 al 12/11/2016)

The Chaotic Obscure Nation itself was born from the world of mail art, as you can read in the Story.
The MAIL4FREEDOM project consists of sending material related to Chaotic Dark Nation and Kipple Officina Libraria (fanzines, illustrations and music on ad) to mail-artist addresses all over the planet to request a response preferably based on the material received.
MAil4Freedom is divided into PHASES, in exactly 5 years:
