e FEDERAZIONE delle REPUBBLICHE:

Principi fondamentali

Art. 1
La Nazione Oscura Caotica è una Federazione di Repubbliche Democratiche Dirette, fondate sulla libertà.
Essa comprende la Neorepubblica di Torriglia e Livorno Città Aperta.
La sovranità appartiene ai cittadini.
I cittadini diventano Oscuri e Caotici dopo l’acquisto del passaporto vidimato.
I cittadini hanno diritto di voto, ma non il dovere di voto. Il diritto di voto deve essere esplicitamente richiesto.
I cittadini hanno il diritto di proporre in forma scritta una legge o una modifica che i Ministri di Governo decideranno se mettere ai voti.
Il Presidente (Capo di Stato), i Ministri, il Guardasigilli, gli Ambasciatori e i Consoli hanno il diritto di proporre una legge o una modifica, accettare o meno proposte dai cittadini e diritto di veto ove previsto, oltre che funzioni rappresentative, organizzative, logistiche e promozionali della Neorepubblica.
Essi ricevono una retribuzione annuale dal Presidente e devono essere confermati annualmente.

Art. 2
La Federazione di Repubbliche riconosce e garantisce i diritti inviolabili dell’uomo, della donna, dei transessuali, dei bambini, degli animali, dei vegetali e dei funghi.

Art. 3
Tutti i cittadini hanno pari dignità sociale e sono uguali davanti alla legge, senza distinzione di uno dei possibili sessi, di razza, di specie, di evoluzione postumana, di lingua, di religione, di opinioni politiche, di condizioni personali e sociali.

Art. 4
La Federazione di Repubbliche riconosce l’importanza del lavoro, per il quale s’intende solo il lavoro retribuito.
Nel territorio della Federazione di Repubbliche non sono ammessi lavori non retribuiti, stage e altre forme di lavoro non pagato. Le casalinghe a tempo pieno devono essere retribuite.
Il lavoro non è obbligatorio, la disoccupazione è equiparata a una condizione di sacralità.

Art. 5
Lo Stato è laico e indipendente da qualsiasi chiesa, confessione, credo religioso, ossessione spirituale, esoterica o mania patologica.
I loro rapporti sono regolati dai Patti Chiari Amicizia Lunga.

Art. 6
La Federazione di Repubbliche promuove lo sviluppo della cultura e della ricerca scientifica, tecnica, artistica, letteraria, musicale, olistica ed esoterica.
Tutela il paesaggio e il patrimonio storico e artistico.

Art. 7
L’ordinamento giuridico Oscuro e Caotico si conforma alle norme del diritto internazionale generalmente riconosciute.
Non è ammessa l’estradizione dello straniero per reati politici.
La pena di morte sarà ammessa solo nel caso di imputati a favore della pena stessa.
L’eutanasia sarà punita con la pena di morte del volontario se questo è favorevole alla stessa, altrimenti sarà concessa.

Art. 8
La Federazione di Repubbliche ripudia la guerra come strumento di offesa alla libertà degli altri popoli e come mezzo di risoluzione delle controversie internazionali.
Ma la sostiene come mezzo di difesa dei diritti fondamentali dei cittadini.

Art. 9
La bandiera della Federazione di Repubbliche è lo stemma ufficiale Oscuro Caotico circondato dallo stemma dei Paesi non Appartenenti all’Onu, affiancato, in piccolo, dallo stemma del comune di Torriglia, con le torri senza merletti e l’aquila Avatar al posto di quella imperiale, e quello del comune di Livorno sovrapposto a parte di quello Oscuro Caotico, su fondo celeste.
La bandiera non è assolutamente sacra e può essere cambiata in ogni momento su richiesta della maggioranza dei cittadini.

Art. 10
La moneta è l’Avatar, con il valore equivalente a 1 euro se questo ha un valore maggiore del dollaro o equivalente a 1 dollaro negli altri casi. Le lingue ufficiali sono l’italiano, l’inglese, l’alfabeto latino, quello del linguaggio dei segni internazionale e quello italiano (ISL e LIS), e l’alfabeto Braille.

Art. 11
Qualsiasi nuova legge o modifica dev’essere approvata dal 50% + 1 dei votanti, entra in vigore subito e sarà pubblicata sull’annuale Gazzetta Ufficiale di Trantor, che esce annualmente.

Art. 12
Per i rapporti internazionali, la Federazione di Repubbliche prevede trattati con altre nazioni o micronazioni di Riconoscimento Reciproco, Amicizia Formale e/o Alleanza ed è regolato dal Presidente (Capo di Stato).

Art. 1
The Chaotic Obscure Nation is a Federation of Direct Democratic Republics, founded on freedom.
It comprises the Neorepublic of Torriglia and Livorno Open City.
Sovereignty belongs to the citizens.
Citizens become Obscure and Chaotic after acquiring a validated passport.
Citizens have the right to vote, but not the duty to vote. The right to vote must be explicitly requested.
Citizens have the right to propose a law or amendment in writing, which the government ministers decide whether to put to the vote.
The President (Head of State), the Ministers, the Keeper of the Seals, the Ambassadors and the Consuls have the right to propose a law or an amendment, to accept or not to accept proposals from the citizens and the right of veto where applicable, as well as representative, organisational, logistical and promotional functions of the Neo-republic.
They receive an annual salary from the President and must be confirmed annually.

Ar. 2
The Federation of Republics recognises and guarantees the inviolable rights of men, women, transsexuals, children, animals, plants and mushrooms.

Art. 3
All citizens have equal social dignity and are equal before the law, without distinction of any of the possible sexes, race, species, posthuman evolution, language, religion, political opinion, personal and social conditions.

Art. 4
The Federation of Republics recognises the importance of work, by which is meant only paid work.
Unpaid work, internships and other forms of unpaid work are not permitted on the territory of the Federation of Republics. Full-time housewives must be paid.
Work is not compulsory, unemployment is equated with a sacred condition.

Art. 5
The state is secular and independent of any church, denomination, religious belief, spiritual obsession, esoteric or pathological mania.
Their relations are governed by the Long Friendly Covenants.

Art. 6
The Federation of Republics promotes the development of culture and scientific, technical, artistic, literary, musical, holistic and esoteric research.
It protects the landscape and the historical and artistic heritage.

Art. 7
The Obscure and Chaotic legal system complies with generally recognised norms of international law.
Extradition of foreigners for political offences is not permitted.
The death penalty shall only be allowed in the case of defendants in favour of the death penalty.
Euthanasia shall be punished by the death penalty of the volunteer if he is in favour of the same, otherwise it shall be allowed.

Art. 8
The Federation of Republics repudiates war as an instrument of offence against the freedom of other peoples and as a means of settling international disputes.
But it upholds it as a means of defending the fundamental rights of citizens.

Art. 9
The flag of the Federation of Republics is the official Obscure Chaotic Coat of Arms surrounded by the coat of arms of the Non-Member States of the UN, flanked, in small part, by the coat of arms of the municipality of Torriglia, with the towers without lace and the Avatar eagle instead of the imperial one, and that of the municipality of Livorno superimposed on part of the Obscure Chaotic Coat of Arms, on a sky-blue background.
The flag is in no way sacred and may be changed at any time at the request of the majority of citizens.

Art. 10
The currency is the Avatar, with the value equivalent to 1 euro if it is worth more than a dollar or equivalent to 1 dollar in other cases. The official languages are Italian, English, the Latin alphabet, International Sign Language and Italian (ISL and LIS), and the Braille alphabet.

Art. 11
Any new law or amendment must be approved by 50% + 1 of the voters, shall come into force immediately and shall be published in the annual Official Gazette of Trantor.

Art. 12
For international relations, the Federation of Republics provides for treaties with other nations or micronations of Mutual Recognition, Formal Friendship and/or Alliance and is regulated by the President (Head of State).
